Todd Semrau

Todd Semrau is a Vice President with Oakhurst Realty Partners and has more than 25 years of experience in restaurants and hospitality. At Oakhurst Realty Partners, Mr. Semrau is active in restaurant and retail tenant representation, restaurant and retail landlord representation, investment sales, and land transactions. Mr. Semrau is also the owner of Urban Eats Consulting Group which is a full service hospitality advisor focusing on assisting retail mixed use, restaurants, food halls, food courts, hotels, lifestyle centers and food trucks with a variety of consulting services. Mr. Semrau holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University's Robinson College of Business.
